Website - https://spikegrow.com/ ABOUT THE JOB Location : Sector 3, Noida (Work from Office) Timing : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Working Days : Monday to Saturday Salary : ₹15,000–₹20,000 (based on skills and experience) Experience Required : 6 months – 1 year RESPONSIBILITIES Manage social media accounts and daily posting Create content ideas, captions, and Reels Plan and maintain content calendars Monitor trends and competitor activity Manage comments and messages Track basic social media performance REQUIREMENTS Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Good communication and writing skills Basic Canva and video editing skills Creative and updated with social media trends 6 months–1 year of relevant experience
