• Account Credentials: Email addresses, mobile numbers, passwords (stored securely as cryptographic hashes), and verification tokens.
• Candidate Profile Data: Full name, current location, educational qualifications, professional experience, skills, certifications, portfolio links, social profile URLs (GitHub, LinkedIn), resume files, and photos you voluntarily upload.
• Employer & Business Data: Company name, registration/GST details (if provided), contact person name, website URL, description, logo, and active job posting parameters.
• Payment Information: We use Cashfree Payments for processing payments. We do not store or process credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials on our servers. We store payment reference numbers, order IDs, transaction status, and amounts for receipting and compliance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed for the following purposes:

• To create, manage, and secure your account.
• To display job listings to candidates and public profiles of candidates to prospective employers.
• To process applications and send communications between employers and candidates.
• To complete payment transactions and prevent fraud.
• To comply with regulatory obligations and legal processes.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information strictly to execute the job classification features:

• Public Profiles: Candidate profiles are public and indexable by search engines by default unless visibility is toggled off in the settings dashboard.
• Applications: When a candidate submits an application, their profile details and contact settings are shared with the respective employer.
• Third-Party Integrations: Transaction details are shared with Cashfree Payments for secure processing.
• Zero Sale Policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing organizations or third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use functional session cookies to verify authentication states, prevent CSRF security attacks, and persist site options. You can adjust your browser configurations to disable cookies, but doing so may cause sections of the portal to function incorrectly.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data and listings for as long as your account remains active or as required by financial auditing regulations (especially regarding payment records).
